Must have a complex knowledge of construction concepts and activities including but not limited to Scheduling, Design, Permitting, Bidding, Estimating, Contracting, Job Costing, Construction Management, Bonds, and Insurance. Organizational skills are mandatory due to the fact that this position oversees multiple projects at once. Proficient with MS Office programs including Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent leadership and management skills, exceptional communication, negotiation and analytical skills required. Ability to multi-task and work within a team. | ||||
